Following the implementation of new UK government laws involving taxes on betting activities, we write to advise you that Affiliates United will begin to deduct the applicable Gambling Taxes (as such term is defined in the Affiliates United terms and conditions at www.affutd.com) from the Net Gaming Revenue as of 1st December 2014 in accordance with the terms and conditions.
For the avoidance of doubt as at the date of this letter, it is anticipated that applicable Gambling Taxes for customers resident in the United Kingdom will be 15% on the sports betting gross win and 15% on net revenue generated via gaming products by such customers.
For specific information about the regulations, please speak with your affiliate manager.
